To achieve the best possible order fill rate for the upcoming season, we recommend placing your orders by July.

Orders submitted after July may be subject to limited availability and increased risk of shortages.

ATTENTION

CROP STATUSES – 

R – Ready – For product that you would like to receive this week.
A – Almost Ready – For Product that you’ll be receiving this week or next week.
NR – Not Ready – For Product that you’ll be receiving next week or the following week.
No Status – Three weeks out.


After you have downloaded the order form (see above) and entered requested quantities, please click “Upload Completed Orders” button below. You will receive an order confirmation within 24-hours.


To view your “Delivery Schedules” page, please click the “View/Edit Delivery Schedule” button below. All orders are added to the Delivery Schedules website within 24-hours.


When Placing an order please make sure to include the following information:

PO Number – this is one of the two imperative pieces of information that will help us find the order in case of discrepancies.

Delivery Date – Having an accurate delivery date allows us to make sure we fill accurate orders without shortages and substitutions.
